Annual Convention
Our 2012 Annual Convention will be held March 23-25 at Camp Caroline. It will be family-friendly with activities for youth and children. Camp Caroline has a great facility which includes a large gym and swimming pool. Check out the camp's website here.

Guest Speaker
Our main speaker is Brett Ullman, who is a well-known speaker on youth issues. He will speak to the youth four times, but will also address the adults twice. He uses slides, video clips, interviews and music to challenge youth to evaluate modern media and its impact on their lives. He has spoken to many national and regional conferences.

Children's Program
We are blessed to have Alayne Goertzen from our West Zion Church in Carstairs leading our Children's Program this year.
Alayne is a prairie girl who grew up in Norquay, Sakatchewan and attended Nipawin Bible Institute in Nipawin, Saskatchewan. She and her husband, Sherwood, lived in Saskatoon for some years and then moved to Calgary where they attended Rockyview Alliance Church. She worked as a Teacher's Aid at the Rockyview Alliance Play School for several years, and also got involved in Camp Teepee Pole, the Pioneer Girls Camp held at Alberta Camp Cherith, where she has done everything from working in the kitchen to teaching and directing. She has led many Christmas Children's Musicals. She has a heart for children and a heart for ministry and we are looking forward to her involvement in our convention this year.
Cost and Registration:
The cost is $150 for adults and youth aged 13-18. Children 6-12 are $50. Register with Carol at the office at info@nwmc.ca or 403-337-3283.
