Conference Minister Mal Braun will lead in 5 sessions, usually done on Friday evening and Saturday.

 A time away from all distractions to think and plan is of great benefit to church leaders. It clarifies goals, sets the direction for reaching those goals, and developes unity and cameraderie. The seminar is led with stories, humour, and time for discussing individual situations.
